Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

Getting your order from LUMINA:

We ship most of our packages via USPS. Small orders are shipped First Class post, heavier packages are shipped via Priority mail. If you need us to ship via Fedex or UPS for some reason, please message us and we can discuss how to make this happen. If you need a rush on your package, also message us and we will do our best to get it out quickly. Rush shipping (overnight or two day) does cost more and we do require the customer to pay for this.

Returns and Exchanges:

Please fill out the form below if you would like to return or exchange any Lumina items you have recently purchased. We will send you a pre-paid return label after we review your request. We ship our products via USPS First class on return shipments. If you have any additional questions, please email help@luminaclothing.com
