Where are your products produced?

We proudly make all of our products here in the USA. Our shirts are made in South Carolina and Chicago. Our pants are made in Chicago and our neckwear is made in New York. We also source our materials from within the states when ever possible, but our fabrics often come from Japan.

Where can I figure out this sizing system?

Check out the sizing guide here. But we have included half sizes (ie. S+) so you can find that right neck and sleeve that best suits you. It is our solution to the off-the-rack shirt, hoping to make your experience that much better. Our pants are all unhemmed, which means they will need to be tailored. Our waist size it closer to “true” sizing than most, so again check out the sizing guide to find your best fit.

How do I make an exchange or return?

If you got the the Shop Help page, then you are really close! Check out Shipping + R&E Page and fill out the form there and we will get back to you shortly.

What can I return or exchange?

You can pretty much return or exchange anything from Lumina. We really decide on a case by case basis, but assuming you have not worn it around or harmed the garment in some way then we are happy to work with you on getting you the right item.

Does Lumina offer any tailoring services?

Right now, we offer pants tailoring in our shop at 123 E Martin St. We do not offer any tailoring through our site right now.

How long does it take to get my items?

We try to fill every order as quickly as possible. Please give us 2 – 3 days to get your order in a box and then another 3 -5 days if it is shipping USPS first class. Priority mail only takes 2-3 Days and Express mail is 1 day.

Can I grab Lumina products any where else?

Part of our philosophy is selling direct to our consumer. Our main outlet is our website, but you can visit us at our first shop in downtown Raleigh if you are around. Check out the contact us page for a map. Our address is 123 E Martin St, Raleigh NC 27601.
